PVC

PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) is a type of plastic which is easy to mould and can be produced in many colours. Depending on volume, these colours can be specific and to Pantone PMS.

A bespoke mould is created incorporating a logo in various shapes and designs.

The mould is filled with the liquid PVC and is left to set and harden before the finished item is extracted from the mould.

Set up costs are relatively low and the process allows small order runs.
